“my life is a joke”

You know how in every book or movie there’s always a character who provides some sort of comic relief, even in the most serious of situations? Tonight I realized that I am that character in real life. And I am mostly okay with that.

My life is just too weird today. On too many different levels.

Sometimes you just shouldn’t talk about things that have happened in the past. Because then they put you in a weird mood and they hold you down. But then you realize that eventually, something better will happen and you’ll never have to think about the bad things again. And that makes me hopeful.

I just got this thing. You know, because all the cool kids are doing it. So bear with me while I figure everything out.
